Jayme has been counseling small business owners since 1993 when she joined Michael Gerber's Gerber Business Development Corporation (now E-Myth Worldwide). There, as Director of Business Development Services, she delivered consulting programs to clients, developed new programs, and oversaw the training of new consultants. Jayme founded Pinnacle Consulting Group 1996 and later Contractor’s Business School. Jayme has trained hundreds of owners from all walks of life and in every imaginable business type.
Richard’s career began in the restaurant industry in 1976 and has included management and executive positions in the steel, snack food, electronics, audio, and business consulting industries. He has designed and implemented production, forecasting, finance, and administrative systems that have put millions to the bottom lines of various companies and has held Vice Presidential positions in three different companies. Richard now brings his systems, finance management, and operations skills as the Chief Operating Officer of CBS.
Donna Uzelac, Senior Consultant
Donna’s career spans 20 years in business management and consulting and includes experience in Sales, Marketing and Client Service Management in several industries. Her management experience in both large corporations and small businesses provide an ability to objectively identify problem areas and help develop successful solutions. This understanding along with a strong desire to help the owners of family-owned businesses brought about Donna’s transition into consulting and coaching. Previously, Donna served as the Director of Consulting Services for Michael Gerber’s E-Myth Academy. There, she managed the consulting division, trained Consultants and provided consulting services to select clients.
Remy’s professional career includes 15 years in business management and consulting. Remy is a former Senior Coach and Trainer at E-Myth Worldwide where she worked with small business owners around the world, building and implementing turnkey systems and standards, and helping owners develop management and leadership skills. With a coaching focus on building a relationship with the clients’ “whole” business, she has also worked in collaboration with teams of managers and other company employees to train staff on program knowledge and relationship building techniques.
Jayne Speich, Senior Consultant and Program Advisor
Jayne’s professional career spans almost 20 years in business management and consulting. Jayne has worked extensively in and around the design and construction industry, consulting with clients ranging from state agencies to local building departments, large facilities management firms, and smaller business design and construction companies. She is a former Senior Coach, Coach Manager and Client Services Specialist at E-Myth Worldwide. Jayne’s particular interest is in helping owner-driven businesses become team-driven businesses and in resolving customer service issues, turning “complaints” into opportunities and converting dissatisfied customers to raving fans.
Tom's experience includes 35 years in business management, consulting and coaching. He has focused on small and family owned businesses since 2003. Tom has worked with over 100 business owners on issues related to sustainable business growth and has worked with and in start-ups, small businesses and very large corporations including (as a Partner with Ernst & Young) several Fortune 50 companies. This breadth of experience has provided him with a solid perspective on what works and what doesn't in the process of growing a business. Tom's driving interest is to establish long-term working relationships with CBS clients in order to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
Angee Robertson, Administrative Partner
Angee Robertson handles much of the day-to-day operations for CBS. Angee is a graduate of AssistU virtual assistance training program and principle of Freedom2Focus, services to help small business owners face the challenges of maintaining a service based business. Angee has over 20 years of experience in the administrative and customer service areas. She has provided support in areas such as contact management, client follow-up, on-line registration, desktop publishing, e-zine development and web site design/maintenance.
Debbi Ulmer, Marketing Partner
With 16 years experience in all aspects of marketing, Debbi Ulmer joined CBS as marketing partner in 2008 and handles marketing functions and the coordination of speaking engagements and article placements for Jayme Broudy. Debbi began her career as an account executive with an advertising agency in Louisville, KY. She then worked for manufacturers and marketing communications firms, developing a speciality in the building products via her work with several large materials and equipment manufacturing firms. Early in 2008, Debbi left her Brand Communications Mgmt. position at SENCO Products, Inc. and formed frogsupe marketing services, LLC.
