We are currently seeking two coach/consultants to deliver our program on contract basis.
Our program teaches building contractors the management skills required to transform from skilled tradespeople to capable business leaders. In addition, Contractor’s Business School® teaches a systems approach that allows owners to delegate tasks to others, and improve productivity and profitability.
Our services are provided by phone, email, and fax. As such, travel is rarely required but an ability to conduct successful meetings and create strong bonds with clients without face-to-face contact is essential.
Our primary consideration is to be sure that the successful candidate shares our view of the depth and importance of the client-coach relationship.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- Extreme customer-service orientation
- Strong business experience
- Coaching/Consulting experience
- Very strong interpersonal/ communication skills
- Familiarity with building trade
This contract position is for program delivery only: No selling is involved. The position is best suited for professionals seeking a part-time situation with flexible schedules.
