Jayme Broudy has been counseling small business owners for the past decade. Her consulting career began with Michael Gerber's Gerber Business Development Corporation (now E-Myth Worldwide) in 1993. There, as Director of Business Development Services, she delivered consulting programs to clients, developed new programs, and oversaw the training of new consultants. Jayme founded her own coaching and counseling firm in 1996.
As the founder and primary instructor of Contractor's Business School, Jayme has trained hundreds of owners from all walks of life and in every imaginable business type to create these results. As the owner of a successful employment franchise early in her career, she understands first hand the challenges facing small business owners. Her gift is her ability to connect with clients, and provide analysis, information, direction and focus as a caring teacher rather than an expert.

Donna’s professional career spans 20 years in business management and consulting. Donna has worked in Sales, Marketing and Client Service Management in several diverse industries. Her management experience in both large corporations and small businesses provided her with a clear understanding of the issues facing small business owners, and an ability to objectively identify problem areas and help develop successful solutions. This understanding along with a strong desire to help the owners of family-owned businesses brought about Donna’s transition into consulting and coaching. Prior to joining CBS, Donna served as the Director of Consulting Services for Michael Gerber’s E-Myth Academy. In this capacity she managed the E-Myth Academy’s consulting division, trained Certified E-Myth Consultants and provided consulting services to select Gerber clients.
Remy’s professional career spans 15 years in business management and consulting. Remy is a former Senior Coach and Trainer at E-Myth Worldwide, a business consulting firm located in Santa Rosa, California. As a Senior Coach, she was responsible for working with small business owners around the world, building and implementing turnkey systems and standards, and helping owners lead through growth and innovation. With a coaching focus on building a relationship with the clients’ “whole” business, she has also worked in collaboration with teams of managers and other company employees to train staff on program knowledge and relationship building techniques. In 1990, Remy graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology. An avid sports fan and amateur photographer, she currently lives in Sacramento, California, with her family.
Jayne’s professional career spans almost 20 years in business management and consulting and 10 years in legislative and regulatory public policy. For much of her career, Jayne has worked in and around the design and construction industry, where she consulted with clients ranging from state agencies to local building departments, and from large corporate facilities management firms to small business design and construction companies to understand and implement California’s Title 24 building code requirements. She is a former Senior Coach, Coach Manager and Client Services Specialist at E-Myth Worldwide, a business consulting firm located in Santa Rosa, California. Jayne’s particular interest is in helping owner-driven businesses become team-driven businesses. She also specializes in training business teams to manage and resolve challenging customer service issues, turning “complaints” into opportunities to exceed the customer’s expectations and converting dissatisfied customers to raving fans. Jayne’s academic background is in politics and public service. When the salmon are running, she can be found on the open ocean, fishing with her husband.
Tom's professional career spans 35 years in business management, consulting and coaching. He has focused his attention on small and family owned businesses since 2003. During this time, Tom has worked with over 100 business owners on issues related to sustainable business growth. During his overall career, he has worked with and in start-ups, small businesses and very large corporations. As a Partner with Ernst & Young, Tom had the chance to work with a number of the Fortune 50 companies. This breadth of experience has provided him with a solid perspective on what works and what doesn't in the process of growing a business. Tom's driving interest is to establish long-term working relationships with CBS clients in order to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
Angee Robertson, Administrative Partner
Angee Robertson handles much of the day-to-day operations for CBS. Angee is a graduate of AssistU virtual assistance training program and principle of Freedom2Focus, services to help small business owners face the challenges of maintaining a service based business.
Angee has over 15 years of experience in the administrative and customer service areas. She has provided support in areas such as contact management, client follow-up, on-line registration, desktop publishing, e-zine development and web site design/maintenance just to name a few. Angee understands the importance of building relationships with her clients to help them further their business and also allow her full creative expression!
Debbi Ulmer, Marketing Partner
Debbi Ulmer joined CBS as marketing partner in 2008 and handles marketing as well as coordination of speaking engagements and article placements for Jayme Broudy. Early in 2008, Debbi left her Brand Communications Mgmt. position at SENCO Products, Inc. and formed her own marketing communications firm -- frogsupe marketing services, LLC.
After completing her Business Administration degree from Indiana University, Debbi began her career in advertising and marketing as an account executive with an advertising agency in Louisville, KY. From there she broadened her skill base by intermittently working for manufacturers and marketing communications firms with a specialty surfacing in 2001 in Building Products via her work with Pentair Tool Group, TimberTech, Stonehouse Building Products, Robert Bosch Tool Corp and SENCO Products, Inc. Overall, she has 16+ years experience performing professional services such as sales, trade show management, brand management, customer service, advertising creative development, public relations, marketing strategy, and marketing plan implementation for national and global brands. She has a broad industry background which includes Sporting Goods, Building Products, Entertainment, Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, and Non-profit / Government giving her a well-rounded perspective when tackling challenging marketing projects.
