Financial Snapshot
This analysis examines your operational and financial data, combines it with your own input, and provides an expert, objective assessment of the financial state of your business. It also gives you a heads-up about potential trouble ahead and gives recommendations about where you should be concentrating your attention.
Pre-work: Prior to this session you’ll receive, complete and return a base-lining questionnaire about your business and send in your operating and financial reports. Prior to your meeting, the data will be closely reviewed and your analyst may contact you via phone or email to clarify questions or gaps in information.
Findings and Recommendations Meeting (1.5 hours)
- General assessment of the health of the business
- Financial Assessment
- Compare results to history and industry standards
- Examine trends in key indicators
- Identify variances/opportunities for savings
- Define areas of concern/danger
- COGS/Gross Margin
- Overhead/Operating expenses
- Profitability
- Ratios
- Cash position
- Red flags/potential problems in operational areas
- Suggested approaches/solutions/recommendations for next steps
- Answer questions
Note: This analysis is dependent on accurate financial and operating data, by month, for at least the prior six months (Full year totals are acceptable for prior years). If we see that your reports are not adequate to conduct a meaningful analysis, we won’t proceed and will refund your entire fee.
Program Length: 1, 1.5 hour session
Price: One time charge of $695 for businesses up to $5 million, $995 above $5 million
Considerable time is spent in review and analysis prior to the meeting. If you fail to appear or cancel the meeting twice, we will send you a written summary of findings and not hold the meeting.
