- Primarily involved in the building trades
- Been in business at least 3 years
- Revenues of at least $500,000
- At least 5 employees, other than the owner
- Business is profitable
What You Get:
The Contractor's Business School ® is 12 months in duration, blending group teaching/seminar sessions, teleconferences, and individual e-mail and phone support.
Local quarterly workshops. Every 90 days, you’ll attend a 2 day meeting with your groupmates where you'll receive:
- Instruction on the strategies you’ll implement in the upcoming quarter (see 10 Key Strategies here). What to do, how to do it.
- Review of the past quarters’ results. Techniques for overcoming common obstacles.
- Facilitated problem solving/brainstorming sessions
- Monthly TeleForums. Between the quarterly meetings you'll attend monthly 60-minute teleconferences (in the comfort of your own office) that break the Ten Key Strategies into smaller pieces and provide added instruction and detail on how to implement them. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and solicit ideas and suggestions.
