One-on-One Mainstream Coaching Program
Creates a systematized business that doesn’t depend on the owner, trains the owner in management and leadership skills, and aligns the business with the owners long-range objectives. For contractors with between $500K and $5 million in revenue.
Mid-Sized Custom Coaching Program
The same topics as our mainstream program, scaled up for contractors with more work, more employees, and more coordination and systems requirements. Trains managers and employees as well as the contractor. Adds a stronger emphasis on developing the contractors management and leadership skills. For contractors between $5 million and $20 million.
This detailed assessment of the financial state of a business looks at histories, recent results, and your projections to create a picture of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. All done in plain English with specific recommendations on what to do next.
All programs are conducted by professionals with at least 10 years of successful coaching and consulting experience and all use our proprietary training materials (yours to keep). One-on-One programs include unlimited email and phone support from your coach.
